How can I pay for my order?

We take secure cashless payments via credit card and PayPal.

Will I get a confirmation after placing my order?

Yes. The moment your payment goes through, an email confirmation with your order details lands in your inbox. Please review your shipping address carefully before ordering to prevent any delays.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are prepared within 3 business days. From there, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on where you're located.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery right up to your doorstep.

Where is my order shipped from?

To keep pricing fair, we ship straight from our international supplier. This lets us skip costly U.S. warehousing and pass those savings along to you.

Can I cancel my order?

If a tracking number hasn't reached you yet, email us at comfofeetshoes@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

I'm not satisfied with my order. How do I return it?

Please contact us first before shipping anything back. We'll provide return instructions along with the correct return address.

  • Returns must be sent outside the U.S., and customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
  • Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.
  • For hygiene reasons, some products (such as personal care or worn items) are non-returnable.
I refused the delivery. Will I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. Packages refused at delivery aren't automatically sent back to our facility, so we're unable to issue a refund. If the item is no longer wanted, please accept the delivery and follow our return process.

Do you offer wide sizes or half sizes?

Right now we carry standard U.S. sizing. If you're between sizes or want a roomier fit, we suggest sizing up for extra comfort.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, we start processing it fast. If your shipping address needs updating, get in touch at comfofeetshoes@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once the order has shipped.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

If your order comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to confirm updated details. Extra shipping charges may apply to re-send your package.
